How did Tools for Schools get started?

Deserted Office (Double Click to Enlarge)

In 1992, a one-time company initiative  was cultivated among @4000 employees for recycling office supplies from a nascent concept to a fully-functional, 20 volunteer based Tools for Schools reuse & recycling program geared toward the redistribution of office supplies.

In 2000 the founder began working on a full-time basis in  communities in need.

As a tax-exempt 501 (c)(3), we are now dependent on grants and donations for survival.  Although recipients leave a donation for materials received, it isn't enough.

Please send a check for whatever you can afford to help us continue helping so many.  We are also expanding our donor base for gifts-in-kind.
